    exercise a bit more start out slow 5 min a day maybe just walking/jogging around the block

    That’s very good! But as time goes by, your body will get used to you eating healthy foods and you will stop losing weight. I just read that in an article. In order to continue losing weight, you have to eat healthy and exercise regularly. You need to be active. Good job though!
