I think it depends on what you’ve been eating before. There’s only going to be a difference if it’s less than what you’ve been eating and by how much. The portion of the food matters too. This diet is pretty healthy but you have to make sure it’s not a huge reduction from what you’ve been eating before. Small steps.

this diet also depends on how old u are and what is your height? are u currently over weight?
the diet overall seems fine just include some inbetween snacking of fruits or nuts.

I advise that you pack your own lunch for school. Also, you need to eat more for dinner!! You don’t want your body to go into starvation mode and store fat.

Keep eating lots of fruit and veggies…try to eat whole grains! Lots of water. simple changes that will help.

I would consistently eat cereal in the morning with a banana OR an orange, make sure the cereal is a whole grain kind.

Lunch: If it must be school food than I guess you really have no choice. Toss out the cake, pasta is good as long as its red sauce, and the meat may be bad but it seems to be one of the only sources of protein you are getting in a day.

Dinner: I would eat a salad or something, maybe half a turkey sandwich? The nuts are good but almonds are better nuts, I forget why

If you can to, eat a fruit in between lunch and dinner, or that yogurt.

I think you have the idea down, just gotta trial and error what works and what not, also keep up with the exercise, a lot of cardio will help to lose weight.

you have not mentioned what is your weight?
    do you know about BMI?
do you have any other physical problems?
first try to understand these questions.

you can avoid fatty food from the package of your school lunch instead of that have more of veggies

    ask for brown rice

    drink good amount of water

try to burn you calories:as you are in school u can play outdoor games
    to work out

avoid cake, pastries, chocolates or candies as these things does not play any important role in keeping body healthy

but first consult to good dieticien , before doing harsh diet plans it could be dangerous for your skin and beauty

Hey, to tell you honestly.. your breakfast is good as long as your having a low fat yougart!

Lunch: Not quite.. cut a little on pasta & rice if you can, rice is carbo remember. If you could gradually lessen your sugar, that would be great! Too oily, absolutely no good! I know you know whats good & whats bad for you, if you could replace your fatty meal with salad instead, then you’ll see the difference.
