  1. If you continue eating breakfast – maybe a banana – you will loose weight and with the rest of what you will eat you will loose weight very healthily

    skipping breakfast wont help you. you are better off eating something small and healthy every 2 – 3 hours and stay active.

    rule of thumb when watching your weight, never skip breakfast. Your body needs that energy in the morning and when it is denied it your body will start eating your muscle leaving the fat. Also your metabolism will be higher. Make your diet very balanced, it sounds like you get a good variety at lunch. Just make it that way all through the day and drink a lot of water. Also exercise for a least 30 min. a night. Hope I helped
